Looking for Inventory in Irving and Las Colinas

Since the new year has ramped up I am getting a lot of calls from buyers looking to find property in the Irving and Las Colinas area.  Prices range from $120k to $500k.  We are very low on inventory and I am looking for anyone who may be interested in selling or may know someone who is.  The market is currently at quite a high point so some people may want to take advantage of the market.   The areas I currently have buyers for is Las Colinas, North Irving (University Hills and Cardinal Village)  and the Hospital District.
